Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may follow our returns process below. To cancel an order, contact us at support@myresq.in with your order details.

2. Returns & Eligibility

If your MyResQ kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please raise a request within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify.

3. Refunds

Once your cancellation or return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Activated QR stickers and digital services that have already been used are non-refundable, except where the product is found to be defective. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
